Comments: Yeah I suck in the water! No problems to speak of. What would you do differently?: Need to start a good base training plan for the off-season Transition 1
Comments: 12/15 Put on Camelback, socks and sneakers. Long run from Water T1 mat to transition area. What would you do differently?: Get in better shape to handle the transition run. Should practice some swim exits and runs. Bike
Comments: HR way too high, not in shape for that. Went out too hard after 10 miles legs were starting to burn and had to back off. Spun high easy rate going down the bridge and into transistion, they were dead! What would you do differently?: Start slower and build up and TRAIN MORE Transition 2
Comments: 5/15, quick rack, dump water on my head and slowly start my way. What would you do differently?: NOt much, pretty straight forward with not changing shoes. Run
Comments: Ok I cramped big time at the 3 mile mark, same as last year. Going hard on the bike killed my run yet again. Sun came out during the early part of the run and it got hot. Again a serious off-season training plan is needed. What would you do differently?: Train, train, train and wise up about my fitness level and HR LT. Post race

wakeup 5:30am. Bananna & cereal and water. Dorve to work then rode to event from work (1m).
Got numbered and then loafed around
Bike ride for 4 miles, jog 1/2 mile then swam ~4 minutes.
