New Promotion with the Baseball Hall of Fame for the '14 Cooperstown Triathlon
ATC Announces New Partnership with the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum During the Cooperstown Triathlon Weekend.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York has recently decided to help the ATC Endurance team create an even greater experience for athletes and their families over Memorial Day Weekend 2014. ATC Endurance is proud to announce that all registered athletes of the Fourth Annual Cooperstown Triathlon will be invited to purchase special seating at the "Hall of Fame Legends Baseball Game" at historic Doubleday Field, and with their game ticket receive a free pass to the National Baseball Hall of Fame museum.

Memorial Day Weekend in Cooperstown is fast becoming an fun-filled kickoff to summer, especially since the Baseball Hall of Fame moved their annual Hall of Fame weekend to Memorial Day in 2013. The great news for triathletes, their families, and friends, is the additional attractions they will now have as part of race weekend. Athletes can simply purchase a ticket to the Legends Baseball Game ($12.50/ticket) and receive their museum admission when they arrive race weekend. Friends and family members are also invited to attend the Hall of Fame game and enjoy the same deal as athletes. Additionally, all guests may choose to participate in the Baseball Hall of Fame annual 5K or 10K run on Saturday (registration details can be found at ????) We are also planning some ATC events at the ballpark. Look for more ATC SWAG, a special triathlete section, packet pick up at the stadium and more!

Now in its fourth year in Cooperstown, NY, the ATC Endurance Cooperstown Sprint Triathlon has become the region's preeminent early season triathlon, the first triathlon in New York State. In addition to great sponsors Ommegang, the Otesaga Hotel, the Yum Yum Shack and others, we are pleased to be teaming up with an institution that is synonymous with Cooperstown to millions of sports fans: the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum!

Meredith Atwood, Swim Bike Mom Author and Blogger Adds Delta Lake to her 2014 Nationwide Tour

Meredith Atwood, of triathlon blog and book fame "Swim, Bike, Mom" has added the Fifth Annual Delta Lake Triathlon to her 2014 Nationwide tour!

The ATC team is pleased to greet Meredith to an already packed weekend of triathlon and fitness activities for the entire family. Meredith will be on hand for all the weekend's events, including the second annual TOUGHKids Syracuse Youth Triathlon.

While we have yet to finalize a schedule of events for the weekend, you can expect numerous opportunities to meet and greet the inspiration behind Swim Bike Mom, to perhaps include an open water swim, pre race dinner, bike ride...who knows!

Feel free to stop by and check out Meredith's website at swimbikemom.com. You will also find links to her blog, social media pages, books, articles, merchandise and more!

Delta Double Premiers for 2014 Delta Lake Traithlon
While looking at new and unique ways to expand our largest race to date, we stumbled upon an idea from long time ATC athlete, Stefano. Stefano finished the sprint portion of the race and felt he could have done more out on the course. He asked if he could jump into the second race of the day, the intermediate race. From there the idea of the "Delta Double" was born.

Here is what you do:

The sprint race will begin at 7:30 am. If you finish by 1:25 minutes, you can jump into the intermediate race that begins at 9:00 am. These ultra competitors will be forever known as the toughest athletes at any ATC race!

We apologize, but we cannot hold up the start of the intermediate race for athletes to finish the sprint race. It may not be fair to the back of the pack athletes, but we have to meet the time constraints of the State Park.

To register for the Delta Double, simply choose that from the options at registration. As an added bonus, we will be sure to hand out some extra special ATC SWAG for the Delta Double athletes.

Jer,
You guys did a GREAT job handling all of the situations at Cooperstown that were out of your control. I heard good stuff about Delta Lake.

What better way to support a company than pass along info?

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
