Does anyone know what the water is like temp-wise? Looking at a race report from last year, it said 72 degrees. Is that normal? Does anyone know if there are any rules saying no wetsuits if it's over 78 degrees or some specified temp?

(My wetsuit is like a security blanket to me...)

he water is generaly nice the rules for this series are the same as others 78 degree cut off. Check out the site www.multisportcanada.com/ms/index.cf this is the homepage for the HSBC series. I agree I like to wear my wetsuit whenever possible I am getting stronger without it but it still helps.

So,,,,,How's going to do the Wassaga Olympic?

It is a confirmed wetsuit swim and the bike is supposed to be even flatter that last year, if that possible,

See you there, last Tri of the season!!!!!

I won't be making it out, but I do have a cottage just near there. Trust me, it'll be a wetsuit swim Wink
