I am trying to add a friend and the button won't "click" HELP!!!

What friend are you trying to add?  And from what page (paste the URL here - if there is a problem, I can narrow down where it's not working)

I tried clicking the add a friend button on her profile page.  When I add her from her info page (clicking on her picture instead of her name below it) she can be added.  Going through her propfile page did not work.
