Comments: In spite of the limitations--my own especially, I was glad to finish in under an hour. Loved the course and doing it with friends. What would you do differently?: Drink some water before! FInd a bathroom before getting anywhere near the course.  Post race
Warm down: We went for a 3 hour hike. Don't feel too bad today though. What limited your ability to perform faster: Limited training, impropoer nutrition Event comments: I'd do this one again for the beauty of the course, the fact that there were loads of people and I was never alone (4000+).
