Comments:

Race held at Delta High School, 605 Taylor St, Delta, OH 43515. Very nice High School. Plenty of room to park and hang out before the race inside the school. Showers available after the race at the school. Nice course, mostly flat except for four passes over the Ohio Turnpike during the race. Race chip timed but only at the finish line. No timing pads to cross at the start. Caution: there were NO porta-potties on the race course. Good post race food; hot soup and sandwiches. Age group awards were gift certificates at Dave's running stores. Oh! almost forgot.... The race start time is 2:00PM!

I'm curious about the 'don't increase your run by more than 10% per week' rule. Is there a minimum mileage under which this doesn't apply?

Blame it on Dave Scott perhaps, a career-long advocate of strength training---that the benefits of working out with weights, mostly indoors, entered discussions on performance and training.

During the last few days I have noticed these symptoms: higher resting heart rate, increased stress and trouble sleeping. Am I overtraining?

How should I go about training for the marathon while also building base in the other two events? Doing this seems like it's causing me to break the 10% rule in running.

Yes, the Dual is a little heavier than Cervèlo’s high end counterparts. But…the price is within reach of the masses and it still incorporates all of the design features that make a Cervèlo special.
