WTB light rain jacket/ torrentshell

I figure its worth a shot. Im looking for a rain jacket similar to patagonia or merrell torrentshell. Currently saving for a house so spendinf $100 isnt gonna make the wife happy. So if you have something your done with i would appreciate it. Im 5' 3" so probably would need a xtra small or small
