I saw this one a while ago and was nearly in tears after reading it.  The life of a disabled person in China(on the whole) is rougher than anything most people can imagine.   SO MANY disabled Chinese children are abandoned long before their parents ever get a chance to know them.

This pair really rocks, I'm glad that the gov't is giving them a place to live.   (assistance like this is almost always based on the whim of sometimes petty and capricious local governments.)
