Not much other than train more. Executed race OK.

Right knee issue, limiting training.

Event comments:

Fun race. Unfortunately started 30 minutes late, less post-race refreshments, only bananas. Awards take a long time.
Nevertheless, a great race.

I can train for half marathons on pavement and on trails, but as soon as I change it up to gravel or loose dirt my knee swells and the pain it causes is unreal. Any ideas why this happens?

At 30 to 40 minutes into my run, my foot starts to go numb. If I keep going, the foot goes totally numb.
