Subject: Ask a Race Director

My tri team in Boston/Somerville/Belmont, MASS, is hosting an event this coming Sunday called Tri Night 2014.  We're getting 2 local race directors as guest speakers to talk about why and how they organize triathlons.  Were they racers before race directors?  That's just a starting point for my questions,

...what about you... what would you ask?  They are open to just about anything and host races from sprint to Oly to Half IM distances.  

(The Tri Night 2014 Event is listed in the Massachusetts Forum, by the way... all are welcomed to this free event 6-8pm on 4/13/14!)
