Subject: Recovery overWell, my recovery week is over from my half marathon. I finally weight trained again Sunday and got on the bike today. I will start running again tomorrow. My legs feel fresh and strong, but will have to keep myself from over doing it this week :- ) It felt great to workout again. I haven't for about 2 months for my race training. I also went to the bike shop Friday to see what I want to get with my certificates from Christmas :- ) |
