Subject: Newbie from Maine
I am a new Tri trainer from Maine. I am an avid runner and mountain biker but after finding more joy on the bike getting to the trail then being on the trail I have decided to find a road bike and train for a sprint tri in a few months. Hoping to get some good tips from this website and so far it seems like that will be no problem. I am an avid hiker and beer brewer as well, look forward to being on this site!

Cheers,

Lots of good folks here, so feel free to hang out and ask questions.

Good luck with your training.

I had read the articles on BT, I'd trained, and I thought I had prepared. There were, however, a few things that I didn't internalize despite what I'd been told.
