Since I forgot my water bottles I was not hydrated well by the time I hit the run. Difficult time breathing.

Course: I once again mistook the second to last hill set for the BIG ONE. Going out I was zooming hitting speeds of 36 and staying steady around 21-23. On the way back there was a head wind and steady uphill climb.

I was passing others who were saying, "Good job, 587" (that was my race number). People were cheering me on. These were the nicest people I have ever been around!
