Your dad did pretty well also. I wasn't aware that he was in the 65+ group. He is in excellent shape.

finally noticed someone wrote to me... I ended up doing the st.Paul tri Olympic distance... was fun.. now my goal for this spring is to do a half ironman.. going to sign up for the liberty triathlon...
