Actually did a warm up swim since the water was warm enough that I wouldn't get chilled waiting around after.

First time trial start I've ever done. Managed to knock my goggles off diving in the water due to lack of experience, so I lost a few seconds there. Other than that, it was a very good swim. Solid effort at a good exertion level.

Had trouble with the damn stickers in the grass and then the speed suit got stuck on the stupid timing chip.

Average wattage was about 210, which is good. Speed is low due to a flat aboue halfway through. Thought I was going to have to limp back but just a bit up the road I found a frame mounted pump that someone had lost. It got me back in in decent shape.
