Subject: alternative to meatHello BT,
This is my 5th month of sprint tri training (did 1 sprint tri race, so far ). I noticed that as I added more volume and intensity to my training, I'm loosing my appetite to eat meat. I could eat 2 meals of meat in a week and the rest of the week I would rather eat tofu, fish, seafood,... ( I could eat oatmeal or eggs everyday ). If the only food available is meat, I force myself to eat meat. Holidays are coming, and not looking forward to eat ham, turkey, beef...
Has this happened to you? I wonder if it's age related (I'm almost 50 yrs old, female ).
