Comments:

First trail running event. For being a flatlander I was pleased with my performance. I remained focused and trudged up the hills pretty well. I was a victim this time instead of picking out my victim. I was trying to catch the gal infront of me (after she had passed me) on the downhill, but, I ran out of gas. No worries, it was a great run
What would you do differently?:

train for more hills and altitude
Post race
Warm down:

walk and stretch

What limited your ability to perform faster:

no altitude training or hill training

Event comments:

Excellent organized race. Hard for me. The course was challenging.
