PR for me!! !I wanted 22:?? so bad. I hit my watch at the finish line and it was 23:00 on the nose. I wondered if the timing co was there would I have made it? i'll try again next week.

lack of interval training

my wife and I were so happy with the results. We had been training for IMFL this year and have been doing all long z2 work, no speed work at all. I beat my fastest 5k by almost 2 min.
