Comments:

I took of too fast I finished the swim in about 10 min. when it usually takes me about 15-20 min for that distance. I wore my self out on the swim.
What would you do differently?:

Take off a little slower and pace myself on the swim so I can hit the bike faster.

Comments:

My husband was taking pictures of me in the transition and telling me to pose. Come on!! I'm trying to transition here. :-) Had a little trouble getting the socks on, but they went on okay.
What would you do differently?:

Not much, was pretty good.

slow down on the swim to hit the bike harder.

Run.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Hitting the swim too hard.

Event comments:

My husband lurks along the race course taking pictures and I shout at him "Stop it! Every time you do that you make me have to smile!" I like that he's there though. He knows it.
