Hello fellow triathletes,

my question is this what is the { about } distance between exit points to next element of a tri ?
water to bike
bike to running shoes

It's different in each race.  You can look at the maps for a specific race to see.   If its not clear look at the T1 and T2 times from past years results.  I've done the same race for the last 6 years and it's been different at least 3 times.    Generally it's how close the transition area is set up to the water.

I've done water exit to T1 that have been 200 yards to as short as 30 yards.  Bike to run is usually shorter as bike dismount is typically right near T2 and transition's haven't been all that big.  I think the biggest one I've experienced was a HIM that was about 200 yards for bike to rack.  It was a long T but the entries were at the ends so it was the same for everyone.
