Comments: 15 to 20 mph winds. small event. What would you do differently?: drink more water and have less spicy food and beer the night before. Post race
Warm down: Walked a quarter mile. 16 oz water. What limited your ability to perform faster: 3 years off training regularly. Event comments: Race was low key. It was nice t do for where I am in my training. Well run except for availability of restrooms. Last updated: 2016-05-15 12:00 AM

run quarter mile, strip down with seconds before start. chilly with high winds
