Uneventful pool swim. I passed three people and no one passed me. Probably a 100yds to timing mat from pool exit. I think I hit my projected actual swim time really close.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Fitness level. My goal, coming in, was < 1:10. I exceeded that by a good margin. First time I did this race my time was 1:16:54 and the course was an easier course, then.

Event comments:

One of the best run sprints around. They do a great job with it.
