Lost part, specialized transition comp 2010 seat clamp

So a few months ago I bought a Specialized Transition Comp on the secondhand market an I recently lost the seat clamp that holds the seat post into the frame. Im going to try to attach a photo to this but Im new to this site so Ill see what happens.

I called specialized about 3 times and they don't carry the part, they don't have any left in their warehouse, and they have been pretty much useless.

I called about a dozen specialized retailers in the area and they always say the same thing, that they are going to order the part from their distributor (specialized) and then they come back with nothing. or they have the wrong part (the one for round seatposts, not aero seatposts).

I have looked all over the internet and not found anyone selling anything of use.

I have had an Idea that maybe someone who has a specialized transition could take a bunch of pictures of the part with a ruler or some sort of scale and then i could bring the photos and the bike into a metal shop or something and get a new one fabricated.

If anyone has any ideas or can help at all it would be very appreciated.
