Subject: 9.5.16 Monday Labor Day! I hope all who has Labor Day off today is enjoying the day! I slept in a little but then got to work. 8:00am: 60 minute run workout: 15 min WU/12X400m repeats @ 10K pace w/90 second rest intervals. Went well. 9:00am: :45 minutes lower body strength + core Heading to my classroom to get some more work done--trying to get ahead on copies, lesson plans, that sort of thing.
