Swim
What would you do differently?: I felt very good during the swim, happy since I have not been working out much. More time in the pool, spinkle in some vasa Transition 1
Comments: Pretty good t1, I was reasoably well organized. Bike
Comments: Based on my conditioning, I had a great bike. I was very strong on the flats, and handled my bike very well. The climbing is where I had my trouble. My Wattage was 211, with 233 Normal power. Transition 2
Comments: Not a bad transition Run
Comments: My fitness caught up to me in the run. Nutrition may have been a issue also. I left all my nutrition in the fridge this morning, I had to bike w. Steve's ogange gatorade, and a powerbar and some gel that I had in my bag. I would have like to see if I had done better w. my food. I left a lot of my legs on the bike course. What would you do differently?: Train motr. Post race
