Subject: 3.6.17 Monday Morning Yet Again

Good morning BT!  

4:30am:  :60 minutes on the trainer, main set was short intervals building RPMs just to get legs moving

5:30am:  :30 minutes upper body + core + stretching

I am so sleepy this morning, could seriously go back to bed, wish I could!

2800 yard pool workout at 530am

45 minutes trainer road at 800am

Now off to Houston for a couple of days

Hello hello!

Still feeling the weekend's workouts in my legs (50mi ride Sat., 8 mile moderate run Sun.). Easy swim today. First race of the season is on Sunday, can't believe it!

11:45 - 1,500 yard swim, technique focus.
