Snowflake Test

I was reading here some CEO created a "snowflake test" to weed out snowflake among job applicants. The idea is that companies have a culture and if you are offended by guns or phrases like make American great, made it the USA, etc you would not fit in the persona of the company.

My guess is some snowflake will sue claiming discrimination of some sort.

I saw one snowflake test that started with "If you are offended at the idea of a snowflake test, you needn't go any further".
