Bike pedals and shoe plates

 69 |  Subject: Bike pedals and shoe platesI recently switched from pedals with power straps to clipless pedals (Look Keo Classic 2). My problem is my feet have a tendency to slip when dismounting, this is very bad on hard pavement. Is there a better pedal/shoe plate that offers more traction? Thanks, Dave |

Pro 5892    , New Hampshire | Subject: RE: Bike pedals and shoe plates I've been using Speedplay Zero's for the last 8-10 years and yes, the cleats can be slippery. The walkable cleat is a godsend though, works perfect and NO slipping. I use those on my road shoes only though... my tri shoes are permanently clipped in on my tri bike. |
