A combination of chest and abdomen soreness from a PT test the day before the race limited my pace throughout and then with about 10 miles to go I stepped wrong on a rock and bent sideways sharply at a weird angle, which caused my low back on the left side to spasm painfully for probably 15 to 20 minutes. I was able to walk it off then start jogging again but I probably lost a good 10 minutes.

Super rocky course for almost half the course but the beginning and end were mostly smooth trails. I think I like this new course better overall. Great race and one I will do any time I have the chance.
