Subject: Garmin Connect + BT
I did a search on BT, but couldn't find what I was looking for. I just got my new Garmin Vivoactive HR+ watch + the Garmin Connect iPhone App, which I just authenticated with my training log here on BT.

Here's my question - do I have to use the Garmin Express software on a computer in order to get my workouts from my watch/app to BT? Or can I upload directly from the App to BT?

Any insight/guidance would be appreciated! Thank you!
