Subject: 9.19.17 Tuesday Training!Good morning BT! 4:30am: :35 min run with 12X1:00 z3/4 effort 5:15am: strength routine + plyos It is time to start wearing a jacket when I leave the house to go to the weight room! It is downright chilly today! I didn't make my bike session last night--by the time I got home and settled last night it was 7pm, just wasn't feeling it!
