Subject: 10.20.17 Friday!!!Good morning BT! 4:30am: :30 minute run working on form 5:00am: strength stuff + stretching Last night I put my CC runners through a brutal hill workout (last big workout before Divisionals next week). On the way back from the hill session one of my top runners says to me: "Do you know what sucks, Coach? Running." I laughed for a good ten minutes. Truth!
