Subject: Bike Fitting Question

Kicking the tires on a new roadie for the spring...should I go get a professional fitting recommendation for a road bike?  I would definitely do that for a tri bike, but is it worth it getting measurements for a road position. 

I will note that I want to make sure I don't repeat the same mistake as with my last purchase - my current Fuji (61 cm) is too big, specifically the reach (I've had to reduce the stem 40mm from the stock one).

Yes, get a professional fit for your road bike. The last thing you want to do is develop soreness that will keep you from your tri-specific training.

If you were planning on riding a roadie for recreation or fitness instead of being a triathlete, then I would self-fit.
