Political landslide for democrts!

A blue wave in the mid terms.

Democrats take Congress in 2018

Alabama an indication of blue tide.

Tax bill will hang GOP.

Republicans should be worried in 2018.

Just a few articles I’ve read lately. Very disconcerting if you are a republican, right? No, not really. We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed. Initionally I did not like Trump....actually hated him and did not vote for him in the primary, but almost everything he has done since he has been elected I have agreed with 100%....from Gorsuch, to Keystone, Israel, coal, ANWAR, Paris accord, NK, UN, Syria, regulation reminded, tax reform....as I think about it, EVERYTHING he has done has been conservative. The tweets and petty bs is noise. In short, he has proven himself and I have gone from a Luke warm, he’s the only republican running, to an avid supporter willing to put up much more coin than I did to see his ‘movement’ continues to move.

In short, I don’t believe the MSM reports.

Even if we look at the midterms in a practical sense, it's going to be very very hard for the Democrats to make much headway (if any).

In the Senate, which is by far the most important there are 33 senators up for re-election in 2018 and of those 33 there are 23 Democrats and 2 Democrat caucusing independents.  So effectively 25 Democrats and 8 Republicans.
As it stands today there are only two Republican seats that are considered toss ups and three Democrat seats that are considered toss ups.

There are then 11 more Democrat seats that aren't considered "safe", which means they're competitive.

Then you take a step back and look at fundraising in general.  The DNC has had a terrible fundraising year and I believe it was either October or November that was just recently reported as the worst fundraising month they've ever had.  Meanwhile the RNC is breaking records.
If there truly is a "blue wave" incoming then it better start building soon.

The DNC candidates have nothing to campaign on other than "Trumps bad", but unfortunately more and more Americans are realizing (as Rog mentioned) that Trump aint so bad after all.

As always, time will tell but things are really looking good for conservatives in the US IMHO.

Man, if the only thing the Dems have is "Trump is the devil", it's not going to play well when the DOW goes over 27,000 and the S & P hits 2800, while the economy grows at 4-6%.  If those things happen, and it's looking better for them every day, all the whining in the world won't save a party that has no platform.

Article on RCP that says the dems are taking a Duck Soup approach to the tax bill. In the movie Duck Soup ther is a line, “Who you gonna believe, me or you lying eyes?” Gonna be a hard sell when, according to one figure I saw on Meet the Press (I think) that 90% of taxpayers will see at least $1,020 extra in their take home pay next year.

The commentaries on CNN are the funniest.  It's all doom and gloom coming now. LMAO

Runaway inflation, high interest rates, a market bubble crash........it's all over.
