Hillary Clinton, the DNC and Obama's old campaign paid Perkins Coie (attorney)
Perkins Coie through Fusion GPS paid Christopher Steele
Christopher Steele paid russian intermediaries, themselves foreign actors, who in turn may or may not have paid their kremlin state actor sources on an ad hoc basis
Money flowed down the chain of people, and the bogus dossier information flowed back up it

CBS picked up the story.  Rep. Adam Schiff gives the Democratic spin on the memo but for some reason none of the Democrats want it released.  I mean, they were all for Fire and Fury so why not let this "factually inaccurate" memo out to the public so we can decide?
