Subject: Tom Petty
A story in our paper indicates that Tom Petty died from an overdose of a combination of drugs including fentanyl. His wife said he was informed on the day he died that he had broken his hip and that she surmises that pain from that injury led to his overdose. This is pretty much the same story that led to the death of Prince. Very sad.

He had acetal and despropionyl fentanyl as well. Acetal is listed as 15 times stronger than morphine and not licensed for medical use. I couldn't find much on despropionyl fentanyl. Sounds like he had multiple doctors prescribing and a drug dealer or two in the mix. Sounds like the guy needed to be in hospital somewhere healing that hip; rather than being on tour.
