There are no legs to this story, other than the fact that the media wont let it go. They have something, regardless of what it is, and they are running with it. Its gold for MSNBC, CNN, etc. |

They still don't get it do they? When Team Hillary pulled out the Howard Stern tape to buy a little last minute insurance to ensure a landslide victory; Trump surged while Hilly sagged. Our media is a pathetic one way street (left turns only) reporting biased smears against anything republican/conservative, while completely ignoring dirt on the other side of the aisle, Pulitzer winning dirt in some cases, but we'll never know how deep some of these other scandals go because nobody looks at them. I guess they feel a story about Trump buying sex, from a woman who got paid to have sex for a living, would enrage our conservative sense of morality? Here's the thing, it's not a big deal for me and millions like me. We're not a bunch of Bible bangers that look down our collective noses at 'sinners.' Truth is, I'm a reformed alcoholic that has absolutely no place judging the character of an alley cat. They believe anyone that votes R has a moral stick up our collective a**, stereotyped yet again! They want a story? It would be pretty easy to wind me up with a media blitz detailing all the pork in the POS omnibus budget that just got blown through a supposedly conservative Congress and signed by an allegedly conservative POTUS. THAT is exactly what I was afraid Trump was and why I didn't support him in the primaries. I don't give a sh** what he did as a private citizen, I only care what he does while working for me. There's the story CNNMSNBCCBS, report it. Edited by mdg2003 2018-03-26 8:20 AM |

The Army Corps of Engineers would be a brilliant choice to handle the project. Would we get an immediate concern from the democrats about diverting military funding if he did? Would they fall for it? Because the repubs could counter immediately with a bill to increase military spending. One of them there catch 22s. If he actually does do this, look to see the media reporting on the sad state of the military. National defense will suddenly become THE priority. Stormy who? Trump is starving the troops…. |

Expert 2373 Floriduh | Subject: RE: So, One President... Jeez, what do you guys want. Trump cuts his political teeth by championing the claim that Obama was not born in the USA. Then he makes the claim, time-in / time-out, that the media are dishonest scumbags who are the "enemy of the people". Also throw in that 2016 was an incredibly divisive campaign and Trump did little to help heal those wounds. You are enraged that the media is taking all this in, mixing it in with a bunch of unforced errors that Trump himself committed as well as leaks from the white house and subsequently feeding it back to us? Come on, if Trump was a Democrat (and I'm not so sure he isn't a Democrat plant), you guys would be screaming for impeachment by now. As you all know I am no fan of Trump, but nor have I been an outspoken critic (I leave that to dmiller and Chinese). I recognize him as the duly elected POTUS. However, my advice to him would be to cut out the divisiveness and the tweeting and start acting Presidential. Because until he does that back pressure will not stop, and honestly, Trump does not have the smartest guys in the room arguing his case - the smart ones who would have clearly signaled they are unwilling to come to his aid. Meanwhile, the other side is fierce and smart. |

So far, absolutely no proof on that collusion angle, ZERO, yet they're still carrying the story for the DNC. We have a proven example of the DNC rigging our primary elections and they don't care. Pro 6838 Tejas | Subject: RE: So, One President... A CNN reporter walks into a neighborhood tavern and is about to order a drink when he sees a guy at the end of the bar wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat. It didn’t take an Einstein to know the guy was a Donald Trump supporter. The CNN guy shouts over to the bartender, loudly enough that everyone in the bar could hear, “Drinks for everyone in here, bartender, except for that Trump supporter.” After the drinks were handed out the Trump guy gives the CNN guy a big smile, waves at him and says, in an equally loud voice, “Thank you!” This infuriates the CNN reporter. So he once again loudly orders drinks for everyone except the guy wearing the Trump hat. As before, this doesn’t seem to bother the Trump guy. He just continues to smile and again yells, “Thank you!” So the CNN guy again loudly orders drinks for everyone except the Trump guy. And again the Trump guy just smiles and yells back, “Thank you!” At that point the aggravated CNN reporter asks the bartender, “What the hell is the matter with that Trump supporter? I’ve ordered three rounds of drinks for everyone in the bar but him and all the silly does is smile and thank me. Is he nuts?” “Nope,” replies the bartender. “He owns the place.” |

As long as the Mueller investigation continues the Trump/Russian narrative will continue despite the profound lack of evidence. I don't think they will find criminal activity. And without an underlying crime, obstruction of just would be ridiculous to charge. Trump will just stay he obstructed a witch hunt. I am looking forward to looks on the media's faces when Rosenstein briefs the finding of the Mueller probe and says there was no collusion or conspiracy with the Trump campaign and the Russians. The looks on their faces should rival that of election night 2016! Or the look on my face when Comey listed all the laws Hillary broke and then said they won't prosecute. |

I don't know if I would put PA, OH, MI, WI solidly in the Trump camp at present. It is all about voter mobilization at this time, few folks undecided about the President right now. For example, here in FL, a state that Trump won by 10,000 votes (~1.2%), there are approximately 7,500 pissed of Puerto Ricans that ain't be loving them some Donald. We don't have the same political atmospherics as when Trump was elected and we are likely to see this in the mid-terms play out. I do agree about the divisiveness, hard to see how it is bridged. Folks are pretty comfy in their camps. |

In then end it'll be what it is.....but as I've said before, I believe a reckoning is inevitable. This country can't survive as divided as it is. The thing is, I see the Liberals as not being satisfied with anything except for ALL they DEMAND. There seems to be little motivation to just get along. For instance, I'm perfectly good with almost any socially liberal idea. I'm good with gay marriage, I'm good with choice when it comes to abortion, I'm good with legalizing weed, etc. etc. But I want as little govt. interference in my life as possible. I want a level playing field on international trade, and I want illegal immigration reigned in. And forget about taking guns, or limiting them in any way. Of course the last few makes my position completely untenable to the left....or at least the left with the biggest mouths. And you know what.....the more tired of their bullchit I get the more I'm inclined to just fight them on everything. I'm tired of all the demanding and the protesting whenever someone doesn't get their way. If this is going to be a fight for the country, then let's get on with it instead of leaving it to our kids.....I'm done listening to demands. |
