Good morning BT!

4:00am:  2 hour run

6:00am:  some strength + stretching

Heading to Kansas City tonight...hope to report a good run tomorrow somewhere in Missouri!

5:50 - 30' moderate ride

6:25 - core work

Next two days are really easy, as I'm "tapering" for my century on Saturday. Have a great day!
