Rock 'n' Roll New Orleans Half Marathon - Run

Comments: Started running with Kristin and had to pee again at mile 3. Stopped in a group of open port-o-johns and did a quick pee. Tried to catch up and ran really hard for about 5 miles. Never found her. At mile 8, legs started to feel really heavy and pace started to decrease. Lack of training really hurt me towards the end. What would you do differently?: Nothing  Post race

Parked car at the finish line and headed over to start line with Kristin and Devon. Peed at some grocery store and got to start with enough time to drop gear bag off and go to starting line.
