Subject: 16 Week Olympic - Cycling Focused Training Plan
Hi folks,

I'm following the 16 Week Olympic - Cycling Focused training plan and wanted to confirm that the L (long) sessions are OK at zone 2 HR and S (Short) are OK at Zone 4 HR?
Also, as this is bike focused what HR Zone should the third M (Medium) bike session be performed at?

Yup and medium is choice effort. I'd suggest sweet spot effort.
