Subject: 16 Week Olympic - Cycling Focused Training PlanHi folks,
I'm following the 16 Week Olympic - Cycling Focused training plan and wanted to confirm that the L (long ) sessions are OK at zone 2 HR and S (Short ) are OK at Zone 4 HR?
Also, as this is bike focused what HR Zone should the third M (Medium ) bike session be performed at?
