Subject: Newbie w/?s I am a 49 year old guy who has been weight training for a couple of years. I want to incorporate more cardio with the goal of losing some weight while preparing for a triathlon. I have two questions (for now ).
1. What constitutes a Clydesdale As a division in a competition?
2. What is a “fat tire” division? Does that refer to the bike or to me?
