Subject: Mobility Challenge I might be new to the scene of Triathlons but one thing I am not new to is being an athlete. In my opinion mobility and recovery have to be one of critical pieces of an athletes arsenal. Lets have a challenge to incorporate good mobility practices in with your workouts! It can't be ranked more mobility and recovery methods the better.
