Good morning here, got out for 8.5 miles in the hot. If life plays its cards right, I will get in the pool later on today.

4:15 AM - 16 mile run.  It was 73 deg F when I started but only 71 deg F when I ended.  I picked the coolest part of the day for this run.  I need to be able to survive these runs in 71 deg F before I try them in the heat.  

I home to be able to make it to the pool today.  Yesterday I had too much going on to break away for 60 minutes for a quick swim.

Impromptu brick session today. Set out for a 25 mile bike but had to cut it short at 15 miles. Put in a 20 minute run off the bike while the boys rode their scooters along with me.
