Subject: Sunny Sunday 8-11-19
Got up to run hoping to shake off the ride from yesterday. Hit it at 6:30 this morning, temperature was 74 when I started. No big deal, except the dew point was 74 as well! Made for a sticky run.

Got in 9 miles and felt pretty good up until mile 5.5. Struggled until mile 6 and found my second wind.

Yo,

Enjoyed a nice 10 this morning. Another solid week in the bag.

Listening to a new book, excited that Malcom Gladwell has a new one coming out.
