5:45 AM - 6 miles run with 2 miles warm-up, 3 miles are Marathon race pace, one mile cool down. 3 miles is a little further than what I am used to running as a single interval. I was a really steady Z3 through the first two miles then the 3rd mile sagged to a fast Z2.
One hour trainer session. Little bit of everything in this one. Some easy spinning to warm up, a few sprints, some low cadence climbing, Z4-5 intervals. Had a lot of fun, that’s usually hard to do on the trainer.
