Subject: Beachin’ it Friday 9-20-19
Full on taper mode, living it up at the beach this weekend. Got out for a 5k run this morning. Nice 64 degrees and no humidity when I ran. Fastest 5k I’ve ran since February or March without feeling too taxed.

I got a 1 mile run in this evening after I checked my bike in for tomorrow’s race. I was just trying to get loose.
