Subject: 09.26.2019 Thursday Treks...
Well it feels so good to be back...

12 miles on my own roads this morning with little to no humidity and what felt like a super easy pace for the entirety of the run. I started re-listening to a book about a dude my age that took some time off to walk the AT. I did the book a few years ago, it was like running 12 with an old friend.

It was raining when I got us this morning and I didn't feel like running in the rain so I worked on my lesson for my homeschool group Spanish Class at 6:00AM instead of running. 

Afte Spanish Class the rain was off and on and I actually was fine with the idea of running in the rain so did a 3-mile recovery run over lunch and was rained on for about 5 minutes of the run.   

Running in the rain is more enjoyable when it isn't dark outside. 

Also, my bike got its first trip to the bike shop in two years today.  It was about 1000 miles past due for a tune-up.
