Subject: Off season training Hi everyone,
I'm looking to plan my offseason training plan after 2 winter not planning anything and burning before season got started..
I'm just hesitating between the beginnertriathlete No Fluff plan or this 70.3 off season plan (repeating it several time )

I mainly do olys, some 70.3, and maybe one IM this year if I'm able to be in good shape. I also do XC ski, I used to do my bike sessions, on the skis during winter.
Current level: 26min 1500m open water, 37min standalone 10k plan.
