Subject: 10.22.2019 Running in the Rain
It's always strange stepping out the front door in the rain, I love it when I am out there. Love the looks on peoples faces in their passing cars, the splashing, pretty much everything about it.

10 miles of wet.

Next up get all my hairs cut, then a lunch meeting and an afternoon in the office.

Whatever it's doing where you are, get out and enjoy it.

Yup, running in the rain seems extra bad azz, like you accomplished something even tougher than 10 miles!  And yes, the looks from people passing in cars, LOL, priceless.  I, too, enjoyed a rainy run yesterday, followed immediately by a cup of hot tea and a warm shower!

5 miles of easy running with some strides at the end. Beautiful weather here, although it did rain all day Saturday and last night.
