Well, got back into it, decided to do another Ironman the last in CDA 2017, decided to do another Ironman Canada Whistler 2018. That was to be my last but got talked into doing another Ironman Arizona 2019. That turned into a surprising lottery slot for KONA 2019 and I deferred it to 2020. Thought I would actually train for Kona. Dropped from 215 down to 161 for the race. Got pb's in Olympic, Half, and full Ironman this year. Headed to do 2 70.3 and 2 140.6 next year. Hoping for similar results. Been doing this for a few years if anyone has questions.
